Emergence GPR was founded in 2023 by Charles Venable, a Nashville native with deep roots in the construction and contracting world. After spending decades as a contractor and later navigating the corporate landscape, Charles found himself at a crossroads when his corporate role was unexpectedly cut. Rather than seeing it as a setback, he saw an opportunity — a chance to take everything he had learned and build something of his own.
With a vision grounded in integrity, safety, and reliability, Charles launched Emergence GPR, a company specializing in Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scanning and concrete coring. His goal was simple: deliver accurate, dependable subsurface scanning services that help contractors, engineers, and builders work smarter and safer.
At Emergence GPR, we understand that time is money — but safety is everything. That’s why we bring advanced scanning technology, attention to detail, and years of real-world experience to every job site.
When Charles isn’t on the job or leading the team, you can find him out on the water boating, or spending quality time with his family; the people who inspire him to keep building something meaningful every day.
